BevNet.com reports: If you purchased any Fuze beverage between July 16, 2004 and April 6, 2009, you may be entitled to a free product coupon as part of a class action settlement pending in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. The suit claims that Fuze intentionally misled consumers by implying its Slenderize line of products promote weight loss.
In order to receive a portion of the settlement, you must submit a qualifying Claim Form. If you have proofs of purchase (original sales receipt that identifies the Fuze Slenderize beverage purchase, the date of purchase and the price) for more than ten (10) bottles, please click here and follow the instructions provided.
If you do not possess proofs of purchase for up to ten bottles of Fuze Slenderize, you may still submit a claim for purchases of Fuze Slenderize beverages for up to ten (10) bottles. Just click here and follow the instructions provided.
All claim forms must be post marked by July 10th. The final settlement hearing is scheduled for July 31st.
