The other day at lunch, my co-workers and I were discussing shoe shopping habits–how many, how often and how much. Whether two at a time, every month was too much. How many pairs of shoes we have compared to our significant others. What kinds of shoes find their new home in our closets.

A few more points I researched:

1. If you’re already a paying Prime Member, you should be reimbursed for your membership fee.

2. If you’re already a member of Amazon Student, you’ll have to decide which membership you want–Student or Mom. (Way to induce the mommy guilt Amazon!)

3. You can also share your Amazon Mom shipping discount with one other person.

So, pushing nerd glasses up and saying in a nasally voice, “FatHeadDog says two paws up!”

You know, that’s FatHeadDog on the right. Not really, but Snapfish has teamed up with LIFE.com to offer the iconic magazine’s historic photos as printed cards, which make great personalized stationary for thank you cards and the like. These selected number of photographs from LIFE.com’s archives can help capture the exact emotion you’re looking for in your greeting cards, notecards and notebooks. It plans to introduce more offerings in the coming months, according to a Snapfish press release.

I can personally recommend the high-quality greeting cards and notecards, but the notebooks fall flat because they’re so flimsy and thin. (Hey Snapfish, listen up!) I’d love to see a thicker card stock for these notebook, making them great journals and daily work diaries. The cards start at $1.99 each. Keep an eye out for free shipping or 20% off specials coming soon for father’s day.
